Psychotherapy to help you feel like you
Figuring out when or how to start therapy can be hard. Maybe you’ve done a lot of thinking and still feel stuck. Or maybe you’ve never had the chance to really ask how you feel or what you want. You might even have been in therapy before and want to revisit some things.
When you’ve grown up navigating cultural expectations, family pressure, or constant self-editing, it’s easy to lose touch with who you are.
Therapy gives you the space to explore that. To notice what you’ve been carrying. To understand what’s been shaping you.
The work we do here can help you create a life that feels fuller, more colorful, and grounded in who you truly are.
Therapy isn’t just about talking. It’s about discovering who you are beneath the pressure, patterns, and past experiences that shaped you. We’ll pay attention to what comes up, like your thoughts, feelings, dreams, and relationships, and get curious about what they might be telling us.
I show up based on what the moment needs. Sometimes that means offering grounding when you're spinning endlessly in circles. Other times, it means stepping back so you can wrestle with something on your own. I’ll gently address what’s not working when it’s helpful and point out what is working.
Some sessions may feel light. Others may be quiet or intense. But all of them are in service of helping you find your way to feeling better.
Because therapy helps us become who we truly are.
Not who we were told to be.
Not who we think we should be.
Not who we’ve had to become to survive.
But the version of ourselves that feels most alive, most honest, and most free.
